I am Arja Pirttimaa and I live in Lieto, Finland close to the city of Turku with my husband Harry Söderholm and our seven dogs. In addition to the dogs, four cats and two bunnies are part of our family. Six of our dogs are Leonbergers, Namupalan Bella Madonna, Khaimas Lightning Luna, Yestas Diwa, Carlotta Leo von der Seewiese, Belunan Kingly Milana and Belunan Fazer Bianca. Our seventh dog, Bernoban Poutapilvi is a Shetland Sheepdog.

Most of my time is spent in dog-related hobbies. With our dogs, we participate in several different activities, one of the most important being dog shows. Our dogs also exercise in the forest a lot and our yard is fenced and designed for our dogs to spend time in. Our dogs are family members and dear pets. I have just started raising leonberger dogs. I am a member of the Finnish Kennel Club and the Finnish Leonberger Society. My dream is to raise good-natured and healthy Leonbergers who fill the breed standard.
